Fun and Easy Business Building

Loneliness is very bad for our health,

That feeling of being lonely is the equivalent of smoking 16 cigarettes a day! When I heard this statistic at the recent Club Industry Executive Summit in Chicago, I was shocked.

Loneliness is a huge contributor to the mental health challenge in this country, and the world.

The fitness industry has the best solution to the loneliness crisis, and mental health crises, but we also have a huge challenge.

People are slowly rethinking their lives after the pandemic.

To say they are warming up slowly is an understatement and a reality.

We can all agree that when people come to our program, the problems of loneliness, mental health, and fitness are all addressed.

But how do we get them to join us or rejoin us?

The fastest, and best way, is to pick up the phone and call them, and this is the best time of the year to get on the phone.

People want connection and they need to feel safe. Your voice on the other end of the phone, even if you leave a message is just what they need to inch closer to doing what they know, deep down, they really need to do.

It’s a really good idea to make a goal to reach out to all your customers, clients, members, former members, and prospects now, before the end of the year. Leave them a personal holiday greeting.

Just let them know you care, no strings attached.

Because people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.

If you would like a better idea of how you can double your membership next year, contact me in the PS below. Don’t hesitate because the next six weeks are CRITICAL to what happens next year.

Remember: You only get results if you take action on your ideas. Do it now!
