Whew, we just wrapped up a free week of mentoring.

I am going to be completely transparent. These weeks are challenging and tiring.

On the other hand, there is something energizing about giving everything you have to a challenge like this,

And, full disclosure here, I love it.

I know you have the same feeling, and experience, with your clients and customers.

Sometimes after a great session of coaching, we just need some time to sit in a quiet corner and reflect.

Soon the energy comes back and we’re ready to go again.

How do you decompress?

For me, a workout is a huge part of the process.

Sadly, I read the other day how the majority of fitness professionals struggle with finding time and energy for their own workouts.

Been there, done that, and figured it out. For me it was also about having time to walk my dog.
