The windy city really lives up to it’s reputation today. It’s cold and windy in downtown Chicago.
I am here for the Club Industry Summit, which promises to be a very exciting event featuring leaders in the fitness industry from around the world.
I can’t wait to share some of the highlights with you over the next couple of days.
But first, I want to recap some really exciting results with you from our Marketing Make-Over program which ended last week.
By way of background, one of my VIP clients invited me to spend some time with her and her team on location at her fitness business.
Like everyone else in this country, she was struggling with the aftermath of the pandemic shutdowns. Located in Upstate NY she suffered through a long 7 months of complete shutdown, followed by months of uncertainty about the future of her business.
Operational costs continued as usual without the necessary revenue for memberships and programs.
She took advantage of all the grants and loans necessary, but without the steady membership revenue, it was very tough, almost impossible to keep going, as we all know.
My client’s business drastically needed a complete marketing make-over and we went to work. I moved my mobile office to her parking lot and for three days each week for three weeks I worked directly with her and her team
We had some real challenges come up and, true to form, things never went as planned. We plowed ahead through every challenge with dogged determination. We did our best to train, teach, motivate, and inspire her marketing team and they accepted a huge challenge.
And this is the bottom line of what happened:
We increased her weight loss attendance by 58% and added 27 new faces to the program. All carefully qualified leads, and all in 10 Days!!
The best and most important part is that in the process of growing her business, we created a system that can, and will be implemented every month.
The excitement and energy in her business is remarkable. She is on her way to doubling her business next year!
