Gordon Training Systems, Inc. d/b/a 6 Figure Trainers complies with the New York Stop Hacks and Improve Electronic Data Security Act (SHIELD Act), which requires businesses that hold private information of New York residents to implement and maintain reasonable data security safeguards.

We have implemented a data security program that includes the following reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:
