Doing the back end work in my business has never been exciting to me. (And I know I am not alone on this one. 🙂 )
I know there are people that love doing all that stuff, but for me, I have had to use lots of discipline and determination to say on task with this vitally important job.
We are crunching some numbers for our VIP clients in anticipation of the end of this year, and what we’re finding is exciting.
Every one of the 6 Figure Trainers VIP clients is exploding with massive growth, far surpassing the industry average. And it’s still not the end of the year yet.
With reports like these, it’s much easier to be interested and excited about those back-end tasks.
I’ll have more about our client’s incredible results this year as we get closet to December 31.
But for today, I need your help. Growth has its challenges and one challenge is finding more team members for leadership roles.
One of our VIP clients has opened a position for a General Manager.
This fitness business, located in Syracuse, NY, is well established having been in business for 20 years. They have experienced up and downs but the last year has been one of steady and consistent growth. Their rate of growth has been over 11% compared to the industry average of 7%. 2020 promises to be their best year ever. They have systems, staff, and teams in place.
The business is actively seeking a proven leader with an established record of success who can step into the role of General Manager and dynamically lead the team and organization to new heights.
The second opportunity, also in Upstate NY, is for a General Manager of a new fitness center. Financing is in place and the entrepreneur is eagerly searching for a dynamic leader who can envision the future, develop the team, and inspire the membership with quality programming. The goal is to mold the new business to be the most respected fitness business in the community of Rochester NY.
If you know of someone who has what it takes to be a General Manager, and can prove it, please have them contact me right away.
Both of these positions represent tremendous opportunities for the right person. Both offer flexibility, growth opportunities and both have very lucrative compensation packages.
I would love to hear from you. on any suggestions you have.
