Difficult Conversations

After spending the winter in the Southwest warmth, I feel like I am experiencing real (cold) winter in the Northeast now.

It’s some of the coldest weather I have experienced in over a year. But wait, the calendar say it’s May, and Memorial Day weekend, the traditional start of summer.

This looks to be a good time to get some reading in on my ever-expanding list of books to read.

Which brings me to a book I am currently reading, and highly recommend, Necessary Endings, by Dr. Henry Cloud.

I have always struggled with those difficult conversations of letting someone go, firing them.

After spending some time in Dr. Henry Cloud’s book, Necessary Endings, I feel empowered to deal with those difficult conversations.

A huge bonus of this book is Chapter 7 which focuses on how to determine which people are worth our time. McCloud has a formula to categorize people as wise, foolish, or evil. He outlines simple methods to insure we are making informed choices in determining who to work with.

I have always believed in people and what they say. But as I have learned the hard way, this is not a good plan.

Speaking of empowering strategies, if you would like more strategies to help you take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity we have in the fitness industry, and explode your business NOW, contact me to discover how I can help you.

Remember, you only get results if you take immediate action on your ideas!

Have a great holiday weekend!
