This brings up my favorite question for Gym Owners and Trainers: What do you do?
How you answer is critical. You’re not for everybody if you want to have a successful business.
This is one of the hardest things to wrap our heads around when we have bills to pay and business expenses galore. We tend to default to taking anyone and everyone who has money ready to spend. And this thinking is a disaster in the making.
We are not for everyone.
The foundation of all our marketing is a statement that succinctly describes what we do in terms that our potential customers understand. It’s our Unique Value Proposition.
Our Unique Value proposition should attract out ideal customers and repel all others, especially bargain hunters and price shoppers.

This is one of the best Unique Value Propositions I have ever read. I know Mark very well and what makes this so appropriate is that it works for Mark. It is Mark and his program.
Yes, it will attract certain people, and it will repel those that are not his ideal prospects. And this alone will make him money and save him time.
A well-crafted Unique Value Proposition is the basis of all his marketing efforts going forward.
Get this in place firmly in your mind before spending $1 on any marketing strategies.
