Like most workouts, at least for me, 2/3 of they way through is the tough part. I can’t quite see the end yet, and I am too far in to stop (Not that I ever stop, but you understand what I am saying.)
It’s the same in the business world.

Today’s challenge, #9, is to reach out to the “lost” customers on your list.
Send them an email. Make sure to include that they are missed, and that you wish them a great holiday season. No hard selling, just a friendly note at the holiday season. These people already know you and your programs. Knowing that you care speaks volumes to them.
