This Is How To Celebrate A Major Breakthrough

Like most business mentors, I do the day-to-day work online.

But since I have a mobile office and I travel the country chasing sunshine ( 🙂 ), I have the unique opportunity to visit my VIP clients.

(Shameless sales pitch: This makes me very unique in the world of business mentoring.)

Visitations often come about because of a unique challenge someone has or for a special event.

Yesterday was the latter and I excitedly shuffled off from Arizona to Las Vegas, to celebrate Colby Phillips’s successful completion of the 6 Figure Trainer’s Program, channeling Elvis’s Viva-Las Vegas in my head.

This was the second time I have met with Colby on his home turf and the most satisfying.

My job for the day was to present him with a special plaque celebrating his huge accomplishment – he is earning a six-figure income from his fitness business!

Here we are:

To say I am proud of Colby is an understatement.

In my last email, I mentioned how difficult it is for me to get clients to celebrate their victories. A celebration cements the victory in your mind in a way that you will never forget, and it will help you through the next challenge.

Well, Colby took the challenge to celebrate seriously and solo-hiked the South Ridge of the Grand Canyon!!

With dedication like that, this is a man you could/should bet on.

To be clear this victory did not come easily to Colby, but it came very quickly because of his willingness to get uncomfortable and implement new things fast.

Someday he will be ready to share his stories, but you may have to catch up with him on a trail somewhere!

Remember, you only get results when you take action on your ideas!
