Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance

As a traveler, one of the things we dread is having a flat tire on the side of the road while traveling.

I have been fortunate to have traveled many miles without such an inconvenience.

Despite not having had a flat tire for years, three months ago, I purchased an early warning system for flat tires.

My preparation paid off as I have had two flat tires in the last month. Because of my new system, the events turned out to be little more than a minor distraction.

Things could have been much worse had I not prepared when I really didn’t need to.

For a long time, I ran my fitness business in a similar way.

Things were going well most of the time. Which meant I was just getting by, but just getting by was easier than the start-up stress of the earlier days.

Then It dawned on me that things might change and I began to prepare.

I trained my team to be high performers.

I started a basic marketing plan with the help of a friend who insisted that I put my plan in writing.

I protested and he insisted. 🙂

Reluctantly, I agreed. And I have to admit, having something we could touch felt good.

Then one day it happened, and my life experienced a plot twist.

I won’t go into the details here, except to say it took me completely by surprise.

My well-trained staff came to my rescue, literally.

My planning paid off and business continued as usual, despite my absence for a few months.

I experienced an incredibly powerful feeling of confidence.

The roots of the 6 Figure Trainer’s Program go back to that experience.

My mission is to find 1,000 other gym owners who want to experience the freedom I felt in those weeks and months

I am putting together a small group of people to create their own Explosive Growth Marketing Plan in the month of June.
