Is Your Marketing Plan Really Yours?

I just finished a board meeting for a growing private company.

This company serves a unique niche in the personal development space and they are positioned to explode.

The owner’s goal is to double the number of customers they are serving within 18 months.

This is a hefty goal for this business that has been around for over 20 years.

The owner has slowly come to realize that she is the bottleneck to the growth she wants to achieve.

Coming to this conclusion was not easy for her. The business is her “baby” and in order to grow she has to do some uncomfortable things, all centered around letting go.

We’ve all been forced out of our comfort zone as a necessary path to growth somewhere in our past.

We have all realized that growth, personal and business, is uncomfortable at first until we develop the attitude and skills necessary to meet life at the next level.

My friend’s challenge is that her marketing is very outdated.

She is not alone.

We live in a rapidly changing world and our marketing can become antiquated if we don’t update our plan every year, at a minimum.

Now if you haven’t updated your marketing plan in the last year, I have great news for you.

Next week, for the first time ever, I am going live to answer any question(s) you have about what you need to do now with your marketing plan(s), to explode your business, and leave your competition in the dust.

This is a live session and I will be answering any question you have.

Look for an announcement on Monday for the exact details.

In the meantime, take a look at your written marketing plan and think through what burning questions you would like answered.

In the meantime, have a great weekend!

Remember, you only get results when you take action on your ideas!
