I have not seen the movie Oppenheimer, but have come across his name and his story many times during school and college classes.

The truth of the matter is that human progress has always depended on someone having a big vision. The names, Ford, Lincoln, and Gates, come to mind.
All of my VIP clients create a current vision document as part of our onboarding process. Then step number two is to describe their ideal day, and the documents must support each other.

The small fitness business owner had a vision when they started the business, which would ultimately lead them to living their ideal day. That initial vision got them through all the rough spots of a start-up, which is usually long hard hours, which we see as temporary.
The energy to get through the rough spot is necessary, but we can’t let that be our victory.
The reason we go into business is to bring us to, or closer to, living our ideal day. But if we don’t know our ideal day, and see the direct connection between our vision and our ideal day, something is amiss, and we can wander off course.

Questions to ask yourself?
- Is my vision clearly articulated in a document I can touch?
- Do I have a clear and written description of my ideal day?
- Does my vision support my ideal day?
- Am I making progress moving toward my ideal day?
- What changes do I need to make to bring my vision and my ideal day into synchronization?
