As business owners we have at our disposal a number of tools we can use to build our business.
Some of the tools are things we can use from other businesses, programs, apps and the like.
Other tools we create specific to our business.
The most powerful is something we can create and it’s so simple, it’s usually overlooked.
Overlooked by most, but not overlooked by the ultra successful.
The answer is our why.
Why are we building this business.
The ultra successful are driven by an all encompassing “why.” Steve Jobs had a why, Bill Gates had a why, Henry Ford had a why, Elon Musk has a why.
Do You have a why? Is it vague or crystal clear?
Most people get into the fitness business because they have a why of some sort. Big or small depends on the owner. Bigger whys get bigger results. It’s the law of cause and effect.
Want a bigger fitness business? Dream bigger.
A small business grows in direct proportion to the personal growth of the owner, and cultivating a bigger dream is a personal growth challenge.
Here’s where to start.
Write out your ideal day. When it’s all said and done, we get into a business to make a change in our life, in other words to get different results.
But what do those results look like on a grass-roots daily basis? The answer is how we are able to live each day.
Reverse engineer the process. Decide first, what your ideal day is like. Write out what you do starting at 12 am and continue through 11:29 pm on your typical ideal day, not how you are spending time now.
Here is the important part. Reread your ideal day statement and re-write and refine it as thoughts come to you. Keep the image of the results of the goal first and foremost in your mind.
Your ideal day, nurtured daily is your most important business tool!
Your mind will begin to manifest the exact image you are cultivating and growling, your idea of success that you have outlined in great detail.
Doors will open. People who can help you will come across your consciousness. You will seek wisdom, do the new work, and in a very short time you will achieve the life you imagined.
