I recently passed through North Carolina on my way to South Carolina.
The Biltmore, in NC, is already putting up it’s Christmas decorations, so I guess I shouldn’t be so surprised to see my first email today announcing a Black Friday Special.

Hey, it’s not even Halloween yet.
But times have changed as we all know.
Smart business owners have realized that the business landscape has changed, and changed dramatically.
Only the foolish business owner will cling to the old belief that things will return to “normal.”
Who really wants the old normal when there are so many more exciting possibilities right now.
You may think I am just exercising my positive thinking skills, but alas that is not the case.
Look for problems, and we will find plenty of them. The more problems we see, the more opportunities there are. It is a mindset to focus on the possibilities, especially when we’ve got bills to pay and we are looking over our shoulder for the next member to come through the door and lay down a big fat check.
But what can we do to embrace the future and change all that?
Taking our eyes off the present problems for a bit, and looking up, we can’t help but see opportunities.
This holiday season is looking to be HUGE. People will be spending money for things they want and health, wellness, and fitness are at the top.
What does this have to do with Black Friday? In a traditional sense, perhaps little more than it has meant in the past.
But, what if Black Friday, or better yet next week, kicked off a simple, thorough, and consistent (i.e. = massive) holiday marketing program. The likes of which you have never had before.
Notice I am not talking about discounts. Price discounts lead to commoditization and price points become your only leverage.
I am talking about a marketing campaign that separates you from every competitor within 20 miles. I am talking about making you the only real choice for your ideal clients.
The most important first step is to make a quality decision that you’re going to capture this moment like never before. If nothing else, take out a sheet of paper and start writing your plans out. Because if it’s not in writing, it doesn’t exist (https://6figuretrainers.compieces-of-paper/).
The next step is to do it. Start implementing your plan, or better yet, get some help.
