I Survived

Well, I survived.

Yesterday, I wrote about how I was going to get out of my comfort zone and “just do it.”

I posted my first of many videos.

I survived.

For many of you, you might think I am nuts, and my challenge was no big deal to you.

If so, my hats off to you. We all have things to work on.

A huge challenge for me in the business world was figuring out what my role was.

No one in my family owned a business.

None of my friends’ parents had businesses I could learn from.

I did not go to college to learn how to run a business. I went to learn how to be a teacher. It was natural because I came from a long line of teachers.

The idea that my role was that of a CEO was a foreign concept.

I really didn’t know any CEOs and what I knew about them, was from the media, and not positive.

In time, with the help of some very talented leaders I learned what the job of a CEO was.

The job of the CEO is to develop the resources of the organization.

Once I understood this, life got a whole lot better, and very quickly.

Here is a short video on the real role of the CEO in every organization. Check it out now.

I ask two favors:

  1. Subscribing to my channel would mean a lot to me
  2. Let me know what topics you would like me to cover

Thanks in advance for your help.

Stay tuned.

Remember, you only get results if you take immediate action on your ideas!
