My adventure with my nephew on the Continental Divide Trail on motorcycles continues.
The view of this country from this perspective is way beyond my original expectations.
We are seeing the country like the early pioneers saw it with all its untapped potential.
Like anything new, there are so many unexpected surprises on this trip. We stick to our general plan and adjust as needed on a daily basis.
The results are more than just satisfying, they are inspiring.
If you have been following the emails and completing the challenges, you are ready to implement! Congratulations!!
If you haven’t completed all the tasks yet, no worries, there is still time as this project has no deadline.
However, I encourage you to find the time to address this issue of Mental Health as soon as you can. It’s that important.
As for implementation, start with your team.
I suggest a meeting dedicated exclusively to how you address mental health in your business.
In your meeting distribute your written plan, and go through each of the tactics.
Model the tactic, answer questions, and provide time for role-playing. Have fun with this part of the process.
Once the staff has been trained, spend some time observing staff as they teach and coach. Offer feedback and answer questions as they come up.
Be patient as some of your tactics will not come naturally to your team.
Keep reviewing your plan at all of your staff meetings. Once you are totally comfortable with your plan, be transparent with what you do, and why you are doing it. Transparency will strengthen your position in your community as the most respected gym in your market.
Your members and customers will soon identify their time with you as the best part of their day.
If you would like to talk about more specific strategies you can follow to explode your business now, get on my calendar and let’s talk. It’s free to you.
