This Is Outstanding Customer Service

One of the choices I made when deciding on a mobile lifestyle is to keep my equipment in top shape and use the best products on the market.

You might be wondering what this has to do with a small service business like fitness.

Bear with me for one of the best lessons on how to run a successful business.

Two years ago I bought my high-end tires from a major tire retailer with locations all over the country. At the time I also purchased all the bells and whistles, like free rotation and balancing for the life of the tire.

Making this investment was actually an enjoyable experience because of how I was treated as a top-shelf customer.

For the past two years, I’ve had my service work completed at various locations throughout the USA. I have been consistently treated with the same respect I experienced during my initial purchase. I was impressed over and over again.

Last week I returned to the location where I first bought my tires. The service was even better this time than I remembered!

I went out of my way to tell the Manager how much he and his team meant to me and how his actions made it natural for me to promote the big box chain of stores.

I am a raving fan!!
