I have officially left the hot Southwest as I slowly head for the Northeast.

As I travel, the internet is a huge priority and I have several internet providers.

The one that works the best depends on where I am.

Yesterday, I added yet another.

This is a service industry, just like our fitness business and I was in for a learning experience that I want to share with you.

Customer service was horrible in every way imaginable.

Then they wanted me to take a survey at the end of the call and I agreed.

The format was simple, four questions were asked and I was to supply a response from 0 to 10, with 10 being the highest. It’s not how I teach my clients to survery, but I stayed on the phone.

The first question was great “how would your rate your call?” I said “zero.” The AI voice on the other end did not understand my response and asked me to answer the question using the keypad. I entered “0”.

Suddenly there was the click of disconnection! They ended the call!

I guess they don’t want the truth from me.

This is a huge mistake on their part.

Whenever we ask for feedback, we need to hear the answers. Even if they’re uncomfortable!

In fact we can learn a lot from all the survey answers, especially the negative and uncomfortable ones.

Remember, you only get results if you take immediate action on your ideas!
