A big weekend is ahead of us.
Superbowl and Valentines’s Day.

Let’s look at Valentine’s Day first.
It’s all about couples.
How about a special couple’s workout on Valentine’s Day?
The first time I offered it, it was on a whim, and I was stunned at the response.
HUGE!
People loved it and I repeated it every year after.
Of course you have to adjust your programming a bit to accommodate people who are not in your tribe and are deconditioned, but it’s an easy adjustment.
Want to make it extra special? Have a little mini-celebration after the workout.
I can’t guarantee this will happen for you, but I always ended up with a couple of new members in the following few days.
And, don’t think it’s too late to design and promote the event. You have plenty of time.
As for the Superbowl, I am a huge fan of another group/team workout, themed around the Superbowl.
