Free Trial vs Open House

Two day ago I wrote about May being National Physical Fitness and Sports month.

I received a surprising amount of feedback from that email, so here are some more details.

Done properly the Free Trial workout can be a huge success and lead you to more immediate clients, members, or customers.

The event can also be called an Open House. I have A/B tested it and found that what you call it makes little difference. I use the name Free Trial here, but you should use what works best for you.

First and foremost, the Free Trial, done properly, is a total immersion experience for your prospects and an incredible marketing experience for you. Your prospects get to sample your services before making a buying decision.

This is powerful! How many other industries have the opportunity to create an experiential event like this?

If done improperly, a free trial can actually work against you. If you are sloppy in your approach, insensitive to new people’s limitations, leave people sore for days, and don’t have a follow-up process in place, don’t offer the free trial. It gives the industry a bad name.

With the pandemic we had to get away from free trials, but now the opportunity is here again. It’s the perfect way to get your friend’s friends and your prospects comfortable in a group exercise environment again.

First, treat the Free Trial as a marketing initiative that showcases the best of your program in a way that separates your from any and all of your competitors.

I can’t stress this enough!

I believe so strongly in the Free Trial that I created a Checklist for a Free Trial. You can download a free copy by clicking here.

Reminder:

My next session of the Marketing and Mentoring Boot Camp Challenge starts on May 9th. It’s five days of helping you build your marketing plan, AND, I include a week’s worth of free mentoring with the program.

This is a huge deal! In five days you can build out the basics of your marketing plan. Your completed plan will serve you for the rest of your business life. This is because I am teaching not only how to build your own plan, but why and how to modify it when you are ready to go to the next level with your business.

Don’t miss this opportunity and lose your advantage to the competitor down the road. Now is the time to grow. Go here for more information or better yet, just sign up using the link here.

Remember, you only get results if you take immediate action on your ideas!
