Now you may not need, or want, to register 50 new people in one day, but the real question is could you manage it?
Most fitness facilities could not manage 50 new people, simply because they have not developed the systems.
Here’s where they make a huge mistake. They haven’t really felt the need so, why bother?
If you have a system that can handle 50, it’s going to be efficient. Which means efficient for 50 or for 1. Which means in turn that it saves you, and your team, time that can be used for other things.
Start by taking a look at your new customer registration process.
- Map it out on a sheet of paper
- Figure out where and what you can automate
- Begin automating everywhere you can right away
- Repeat this process as your system evolves
