Yesterday, I heard a fitness business owner say that if the pandemic lasts two more weeks, he is going out of business.
He has already made his decision. He is using this situation as an excuse to go out of business. You can bet the has been considering this for quite some time. The pandemic just provided him with an easy excuse.
He is not alone. The industry is already experiencing a shake-up.
On the other hand, there are fitness businesses that will be stronger than ever when we get back to a new normal.
Now is a critical time for every gym owner and trainer. It starts with attitude, expectation, and faith.
We cannot count on the things that worked in the past. We need to align ourselves with proven principles, and supporting data and begin carving our new future now.
Looking at the pandemic in this way puts you in a position of control and power.
