Keeping Customers for a Lifetime

He signed up for the program right on the spot and agreed to my online training fees which are significantly higher than average.

Sometimes the internet and technology drive me crazy and I wish it would just go away.

I am sure you experience this feeling from time to time.

Then there are times when all the technology makes my life so much easier. For instance, when all my medical records from various doctors are all linked and everyone has the same information in real time, including me.

When a question comes up all we have to do is to go online and look at the current, and previous results and information. Then we have a picture of the facts.

Real facts and real records are critical pieces of information we need in our lives.

A previous CEO client of mine called me yesterday. He wanted to know more about my online training for the CEO market.

We went over the details of what the program involves and how I operate on a daily basis. He was impressed.

I gave him an example of what one of his workouts would be and described how we would measure progress, real progress. He was intrigued.

You see while we were taking, I pulled up his records on my laptop and selected a workout he did on 5/10/2013, six years ago. He didn’t remember the workout and neither did I. But my notes were clear and the picture of the whiteboard from that workout was crystal clear.

He was stunned and very impressed.

He signed up for the program right on the spot and agreed to my online training fees which are significantly higher than average.

It was an easy sale. In fact, it really wasn’t a sale at all, but rather a decision for him to buy made easy because I had real information important to him.

The program I use to easily keep track of all those records is Evernote. I keep notes on every training session I coach and a picture of the whiteboard detailing the workout.

It’s simple, portable, easy to use and very effective.

Most trainers don’t have these kinds of records, but the really good ones do!
